Review: Christopher Nolan's Memento is indeed a rare and remarkable achievement in modern films it manages to be fresh, hip and exciting without ever tiring out your audience - if you go r into this movie with a desire to participate actively analyze and mysterious details. If so, then it is definitely not a movie you should see. If, on the other hand, you are open, creative and alert, will definitely appreciate and get a kick out of this. Memorial is an old-fashioned film noir-type mystery thriller with intriguing, ingenious twist: equipping the entire film with a style that mirrors the protagonists own mental state, while the poor viewer (s) own perspective. It is masterfully shot and edited in such a way that it is presented chronologically backwards (the two originally separate, parallel stories - the most important thing, shot in color, the bake t-chronological narrative with scenes intercut with those of the second story, which played more like a documentary, shot in black and white, and mostly occurs inside the motel room with the main character narrating, talking about the effects of his condition, etc.) While the average viewer can already be put off by such a complicated, confusing format very original premise that is well worth the effort to calculate out.Acting is solid across the board, including writing, directing, etc., but the special glory should be extended to the many talented editor Dody Dorn, who successful in putting all these fragments together and helps in smooth flow, healthy way that is not easy to pull off.One of the most memorable (sorry , could not help getting into a bad joke) films are likely to ever see, Memento is an instant classic because of its groundbreaking narrative style and impressive dramatic shades. For those jaded moviegoers looking for something to keep them awake, interested, and keep thinking it might be a better choice than this movie.

Review: I went to the Hotel Transylvania see last night with a small group of adults aged 24-30 and LMAO I just like the other. The theater was packed with kids, especially not the really funny parts and old, when children are still quite laughed laughed. The story is about Count Dracule try to raise her only son safe and sound away from the scary people and invites all the monsters on his hotel to relax and celebrate her very young daughter 118 Birthday, which which was accompanied by a surprise guest! This is a really funny movie with a simple plot and predictable ton of characters you love. My favorites are the zombies that employees of the hotel and it took forever to get a job to finish. I recommend this movie for anyone who wants monsters (so afraid of a little boy licking ice cream) and want to have a good laugh and relax from Disney.

Review: Steven Spielberg's War of the Worlds is the third film in which aliens are visiting Earth, but the first that their intentions are malicious. It can not be a coincidence that the arrival of the ETS is marked with strange lights flashing in the middle of the clouds decrease as CE3K. From there the similarity ends - no light to show when the friendly aliens come to take a closer look. These creatures (or Martians, as HG Wells original novel) is not interested in making a beautiful car, does not in any way doubt the ultimate goal (as it was a lot of CE3K). The atmosphere is hardly a threat to the population and representation numb?? Shock amid the devastation is frighteningly convincing, despite some current Hollywood cheese. We Will Smith deliver snappy one-liners after the slaughter of millions of invading alien forces, a la ID4. It also is no longer a rah-rah, let the kick-alien-ass mood before the Earthlings try to fight back. Even seemingly protagonist (a low-key, efficient Tom Cruise), deformed at the same time as the enormity of what happening.Im do not know what the posters who complained about the dearth of action and FX were talking about. I find tripods are pretty much a constant presence (if not always in the foreground), about 15 minutes away from the brand. And in fact, the war has worn the title of the beginning - not just the people versus the Aliens battle that some viewers probably expected.

Review: Don Jon has been very well received in its regional premiere at the Paramount Theatre during the Austin Film Festival SXSW. The film was written in the book, which led to begin Joseph Gordon-Levitt. He did a really good job to write it, and directorial debut, but it might have tried to do too much. Recitation of Gordon-Levitt, Scarlett Johansson, Julianne Moore, Tony danza, Glenne Headly, and Larson sound is quite good. I think it's the script Gordon-Levitts let down. Jon, it is a successful womanizer who is also heavily dependent on masturbating porn websites? many times a day. Many people find that the film was very funny and enjoyable. However, the use of graphic pornography is not in any house and can be daunting for the viewers? particularly female viewers. I also wonder if the extensive use of pornography leads to the MPAA kiss-of-death NC-17 rather than a script rating.JGLs R is well intended and trying to make the point that many people become ground ; only, self-centered that they lose the ability to communicate with others on a human level. Jon is backed by true love story and addicted him to pornography. Girlfriend has a report on the basis of overly romantic watching too many romantic movies. They are both so self-centered and selfish that can really build a real relationship. Still, it was often difficult to understand the point JGLs and in many ways has become clear to him during the Q & A after the film. Review: I'm unfortunately not one of the faithful Chuck Palahniuk readers who have read the book before you see the movie. I, however, could not wait to read the book after seeing the movie. Ive read the book five times since and seen the movie more than I can remember. Simply put, this movie changed my life. Not only on a personal level (which I am not here to comment, except to say Im now head Palahniuk fan), but also as a movie patron. I have a different view after seeing films this movie, because it broke down the doors. This movie is literally the first time I've ever been on something that at first glance looks incredibly stylish, contemporary and entertaining. plot attracted you before turning you upside down, the acting was nothing short of perfect (has there ever the character more memorable than Brad Pitt as Tyler Durden?), music, screenplay (based on what is now my all-time favorite book) lighting, pace, everything! Almost everything about this movie surprised me, except for one person. David Fincher, the director, perhaps the only reason I saw this movie in the first place. His work on Saba and game me excited to see what he wanted to do, but I came to this movie expecting a delicate film that offered a good plot and maybe some good acting, but what you got was so much, much more. Honestly, how many times have you seen movies that, despite looking, it becomes even more complicated yet so simple that you can not help but laugh. Every time I watch this film I see something new about it is the depth of the screen. Then there's the matter little stories Club Fight, written and Chuck Palahniuk (who was one of the ideas fertile around me believe. Read survivor and right!) Story is nothing short of amazing, pure shock value social commentary on the state of the world at the end of the century. You will cry, you will laugh, you will make every clich s? But most importantly you will realize with every single word on the screen. This movie rates as one of the all time favorite movies and, simply put, if you have not seen it yet stop wasting your time online and video stores around! 5/5

Review: Films like bands. People come together - perhaps they are not even the greatest musicians individually - but at the same time, something stitches and they make good music. It takes more than a great musicians to a large group. Exactly, some movies, no matter how much money, talent, and may be exercised only merge. Others, such as Point Break, with unspeakable precision that defies one of the parties, logic or analysis. This is one of my favorite movies. Period. Everything works. This movie rocks.
