Review: It 'a shame that so many books they need to reduce the time and the film is still a long almost 2 1/2 hours. On film editing rule is when you have to cut, when you remove the sub-plot. The story and character development is not very there.But thing is that there is a great visual treat. If the film leaves you with questions, just read a book or get the audio version on CD. It would take at least another half hour to the flesh the film, and it's not just going to do in the studio, the main objective of the younger audience. (Notice how no one in the studio wants to release animated film for more than 90 minutes, for this reason.) Maybe Alphonso Graun should do a better job of cohesion, but there really is not much more than you would could make the time and the script would essentially himself. This film begs the Lord of the Rings extended DVD type, another 30 to 60 minutes to give you what was left for the theater release.See IT and spend money to see it on the big screen.
